Our 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy ensures that any product you purchase through Leonisa meets the highest standards. If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product(s), you have up to 60 days for a refund or an exchange.

Requirements

  • Products should be in perfect condition.
  • For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges of panties and boxers, except when there is a manufacturing defect.

Returns:

For a withdrawal of your purchase, you have 60 days (2 months) to return the product. Please follow the instructions in the Return Center. The total amount of the returned item(s) will be credited within the next 14 business days to the card used for the original transaction.

The shipping cost is nonrefundable and the shipping return cost is paid by the customer. For exchanges, the customer pays for the return shipping and Leonisa pays for the new item to be shipped to the customer.

Exchanges:

You can easily and quickly exchange our products. Here are the different types of exchanges:

  • Exchanges for products worth the same amount: Once the exchange is processed, there will be no additional charge or refund.
  • Exchanges for products worth a lesser amount: The difference will be credited back to the card used for the original transaction, including if you paid through PayPal. Please allow 14 business days for this amount to be reflected on your account.
  • Exchanges for products worth a greater amount: If you want to exchange your purchase for an item of greater amount, you must return the item(s) and place a new order.
